When we left Prague, we decided to train to
Decin, about 12 miles from the German border. We were eager to get to Berlin and by taking the train we would cut a day off our ride time, knocking it down to 4days. Decin is a pretty little river city with the typical old buildings, cloudy skies, and language barriers, but hey, we made do. As stated previously, the bike paths in Czech are amazing and they only got better going into Eastern Germany. Apparently converting old rail ways into beautiful spaces for the people to use and enjoy.

This was a good riding day. Sure the rain threatened but it was just too stunning to be moody, which is truly an epic feat for me...despite what my face says in that last picture
