On this trip we hit many campgrounds with some source of water play option but were either:
A. not filled due to being out of season
or
B. Too balls cold
So we reached Stahle and it was a humid ride. So when we pull into our campground we see this epic big pool with...A WATER SLIDE!!! Oh man, we are gonna have some fun! So the minute we get into our suits, I kid you not, the sun disappears behind the clouds and it gets cold. We figure, to hell with it, we're gonna get in anyway. We dip our toes in, it's COLD, and then...the rain drops start to fall. We gave up, foraged for food, and made our way to our tent.
